Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day metro operations with a focus on safety, punctuality, and service quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth station and train operations (role-dependent).
- Assist passengers and address queries, ticketing/service issues, and customer support needs (role-dependent).
- Perform technical and maintenance activities for metro systems and assets (role-dependent).

Requirements
- Assistant Manager: GATE qualified (GATE 2016) with minimum 60% marks in B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics/Civil) from a Government recognized University/Institute, with a valid GATE score (2016).
- Station Controller/Train Operator: Three-year Engineering Diploma in Electrical/Electronic (or equivalent) or B.Sc. Hons (Physics/Chemistry/Maths) or B.Sc (Physics/Chemistry/Maths) from a Government recognized University/Institute.
