Position: Homeopathic Pharmacist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and patient-focused Homeopathic Pharmacist to support safe dispensing, inventory management, and patient guidance for homeopathic medicines. Responsibilities
- Dispense homeopathic medicines accurately as per prescriptions, approved protocols, and applicable regulations.
- Review prescriptions/orders for completeness, appropriateness, and potential issues; escalate discrepancies to the prescribing authority.
- Provide clear counseling to patients on dosage, administration, storage, and precautions for homeopathic products.
- Maintain pharmacy records, registers, and documentation in line with organizational and statutory requirements.
- Manage inventory: receive stock, verify batches/expiry, store items appropriately, and maintain minimum stock levels.
- Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and safe handling of medicines and related materials.
- Support audits/inspections by maintaining compliance-ready documentation and processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams for procurement, replenishment planning, and timely availability of essential medicines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dispensing and storage areas, following hygiene and safety standards.
- Assist with periodic stock verification and reporting of expired/damaged items for disposal as per policy.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Pharmacy (Homeopathic/recognized equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Valid registration/licensure with the appropriate pharmacy council/authority as applicable.
- Working knowledge of dispensing practices, dosage forms, labeling standards, and storage requirements for homeopathic medicines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in dispensing and record-keeping.
- Basic computer proficiency for maintaining logs, inventory, and reporting (MIS/ERP exposure is a plus).
- Good communication skills for patient counseling and coordination with clinicians/administration.
- Ability to work in a structured, compliance-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a hospital/clinic/government healthcare setting or high-volume pharmacy.
- Familiarity with standard operating procedures (SOPs), audits, and quality/compliance documentation.
- Experience with inventory control practices, including FEFO/FIFO and batch tracking.
