Position: DMRC JE, AM, Various Post Answer Key & Exam Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support candidates and internal operations related to competitive exam updates, answer key workflows, and result/notice publishing for roles such as DMRC JE, AM, and various technical/administrative posts. This role focuses on validating exam-related information, maintaining high-quality content standards, and ensuring timely dissemination of answer keys, notices, and guidance content.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with structured data (dates, links, post details), publishing HTML content, coordinating across teams, and maintaining accuracy under deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Monitor official sources and verified channels for DMRC and similar recruitment updates (answer keys, notices, exam schedules, results, and corrigenda).
- Compile, validate, and publish answer key updates with clear instructions for candidates (download steps, credential requirements, and official link references).
- Cross-check vacancy details, post names (e.g., JE, AM, various posts), exam modes, important dates, and eligibility references for accuracy and consistency.
- Create and maintain structured content blocks: Important Dates, Vacancy Details, Status (Answer Key/Result), and Important Links.
- Ensure published pages follow internal quality standards: correct formatting, working links, clean HTML, and clear candidate guidance.
- Coordinate with content, SEO, and engineering teams to ensure timely publishing and proper indexing of updates.
- Respond to user feedback and troubleshoot common candidate issues (broken links, incorrect redirects, clarity gaps in instructions).
- Maintain a content calendar and track update history for auditability and version control.
- Support periodic reporting on traffic drivers, update turnaround time, and content accuracy metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline). Background in journalism, communications, IT, or public administration is a plus.
- 1–3 years of experience in content operations, exam/recruitment portals, publishing workflows, or digital editorial roles.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to verify information against official sources.
- Comfortable working with HTML-based editors/CMS; ability to format content using headings, lists, tables/sections.
- Excellent written communication skills (English required; Hindi proficiency is a strong advantage).
- Ability to manage multiple updates daily and meet time-sensitive publishing deadlines.
- Basic understanding of SEO best practices (titles, aliases/URLs, internal linking, and metadata) preferred.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and link tracking (Google Sheets/Excel) and collaborative tools (Docs, Trello/Jira/Asana).
