Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bihar CET BEd Admissions & Support Coordinator to support applicants throughout the Bihar CET BEd process, including application guidance, document readiness, timeline communication, and candidate query resolution. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working with online application systems, and experienced in education admissions or exam-related support workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end candidate support for Bihar CET BEd application and related updates (e.g., exam date changes, admit card/result guidance where applicable).
- Guide applicants on eligibility, required documents, and correct form completion to reduce errors and rejections.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, issue types, and resolution status in a tracking system.
- Monitor official updates and timelines and communicate key changes to candidates clearly and promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to publish accurate process information and FAQs.
- Assist with verification checklists and document readiness support (e.g., identity, educational documents, category certificates, photo/signature requirements).
- Handle high-volume queries via phone, email, and messaging channels with professionalism and empathy.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality practices when handling candidate information.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education/Administration preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in admissions support, education counseling, exam support, or customer operations (freshers with strong skills may be considered).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hindi; working proficiency in English is a plus.
- Comfortable with online forms, portals, document uploads, and basic troubleshooting (browser, file format/size, OTP/login issues).
- High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes and deadlines.
- Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace (Sheets/Excel, Docs/Word) and basic reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a time-sensitive environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting government/entrance exam workflows or education admissions processes.
- Familiarity with common application fee payment modes (UPI, net banking, debit/credit card) and typical payment issue handling.
- Experience using CRM/ticketing tools for case management.
