Responsibilities

Requirements

Law degree (LLB or equivalent) from a recognized institution and eligibility to practice law as required by applicable rules.
Strong knowledge of civil law, procedural law, evidence, and constitutional principles relevant to judicial service.
Excellent legal drafting skills, including preparation of orders, judgments, and official correspondence.
High standards of integrity, impartiality, and professional ethics.
Ability to analyze complex facts and legal issues, and to apply precedent and statutory interpretation.
Effective communication skills to manage courtroom proceedings and interact with litigants, lawyers, and court personnel.
