This position supports day-to-day office operations and ensures smooth administrative functioning across departments. Responsibilities

  • Provide general office assistance, including file movement, photocopying, scanning, and basic documentation support.
  • Assist in maintaining records, registers, and routine office paperwork as directed.
  • Support dispatch/receipt work, including handling of inward/outward documents and basic courier coordination.
  • Perform office upkeep duties, such as arranging meeting rooms, maintaining cleanliness of assigned areas, and ensuring supplies are stocked.
  • Assist staff members with day-to-day operational needs and follow instructions from supervisors/administration.
  • Carry out any other duties assigned in the interest of office functioning and public service delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum educational qualification as per applicable NCDRC recruitment rules/notification for MTS roles.
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions; basic communication skills.
  • Willingness to perform multi-purpose tasks (administrative support and office operations).
  • Basic familiarity with office processes is preferred; prior experience in a similar support role is an advantage.
