Position: Circle Based Officer (CBO)
We are seeking motivated, customer-focused banking professionals to join our team as Circle Based Officers (CBO). In this role, you will support branch and regional banking operations, drive customer acquisition and relationship management, and ensure high-quality service delivery within your assigned circle. The position requires strong communication skills, sound banking fundamentals, and proficiency in the local language of the posting area.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with retail and SME customers through advisory-led selling and service excellence.
- Acquire new customers and deepen existing relationships by identifying needs and recommending appropriate banking products.
- Support branch operations including account services, customer onboarding, and resolution of service requests.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, KYC/AML requirements, and audit standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver end-to-end customer solutions across deposits, loans, cards, and digital channels.
- Maintain accurate documentation, customer records, and reporting as required by the organization.
- Participate in screening/interview processes, document verification, and medical requirements as applicable.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Language: Knowledge of the local language for the assigned circle/region is required.
- Age: 21 to 30 years (age relaxation applicable as per recruitment rules/policy).
- Strong customer orientation with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Working knowledge of banking products, customer service processes, and digital banking tools is preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment while maintaining compliance and service standards.
