Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service at the branch, including addressing queries, resolving issues, and guiding customers on products and services.
- Support day-to-day branch operations such as account opening, KYC documentation, and customer onboarding.
- Assist with teller/cash operations, receipts, payments, and reconciliation in line with internal controls and compliance requirements.
- Promote and cross-sell banking products (savings/current accounts, deposits, loans, digital banking services) based on customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of banking transactions and service requests.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, bank policies, audit requirements, and risk management practices.
- Participate in training and performance assessments as part of the probationary program (for Probationary Officer roles).
- Collaborate with branch teams to meet service standards and operational targets.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university (additional qualifications in banking/finance are a plus).
- Experience: Freshers may apply for entry-level associate roles; prior banking/customer service experience is preferred for certain openings.
- Skills:
