Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with prescribed curriculum and learning outcomes.
- Assess student learning through tests, assignments, projects, and formative evaluation techniques.
- Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and student progress reports.
- Support students’ holistic development through mentoring, classroom management, and value-based education.
- Participate in school activities such as assemblies, events, clubs, house activities, and parent-teacher meetings.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practices, share resources, and implement academic plans.
- Use age-appropriate pedagogy and educational technology to enhance learning.
- Uphold school policies, child safeguarding practices, and professional ethics.
