- Strong communication skills in the classroom and with stakeholders (students, parents, and school administration).
- Comfort with basic administrative and documentation processes (e.g., verification, record-keeping).
- Willingness to accept district allocation as per official merit and allocation list.
- Successful performance in the written examination and completion of document verification as scheduled by districts.
