Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day branch operations including account opening, deposits, withdrawals, remittances, and service requests.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding financial needs and recommending appropriate banking products.
- Assist with loan sourcing, preliminary appraisal support, documentation checks, and coordination for credit processing as per internal policies.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and timely resolution of queries and complaints.
- Maintain compliance with KYC/AML guidelines, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Support sales targets for deposits, retail assets, and cross-sell products (insurance, cards, digital banking, etc.).
- Prepare routine MIS reports and assist in operational audits and inspections.
- Participate in training and development programs and take on rotational responsibilities across banking functions.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any stream with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university.
- Experience: 2 years of relevant experience (as referenced in the source content).
- Age Limit: Maximum 28 years (as on 31/July/2021); age relaxation as per applicable rules.
- Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset.
- Comfort with sales-oriented goals and relationship management.
- Basic proficiency in computers and digital banking tools.
