Responsibilities
Clerical Cadre (typical responsibilities may include):
- Support day-to-day branch operations, including customer service and counter operations.
- Handle basic account servicing, documentation, and routine banking transactions.
- Assist with record maintenance, data entry, and compliance-related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflows.
Officer Cadre (typical responsibilities may include):
- Manage customer relationships and provide banking solutions aligned with customer needs.

Requirements
Age Limit (as on 01-02-2017):
- Clerical Cadre: 18–28 years
- Officer Cadre: 20–30 years
- Age Relaxation: SC/ST: 5 years; OBC: 3 years
Educational Qualification & Sports Eligibility:
- Clerical Cadre: Passed 12th class (or equivalent) and should have represented the State in an Inter State Championship.
- Officer Cadre: Degree from a recognized university and should have represented the country in an international event.
Additional expectations:
- Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with documentation processes.
- Integrity, professionalism, and ability to work in a regulated environment.
Compensation
- Clerical Cadre Pay Scale: Rs. 11,765 – 31,540/-
