Responsibilities
Selected candidates, depending on service allocation, will be trained and deployed in roles that may include:
- Policy implementation and administration at district, state, and central levels (IAS and allied services).
- Public service delivery, governance, and coordination with multiple government departments.
- Forest and environmental management, wildlife conservation, and sustainable resource administration (IFS).
- Field leadership, compliance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
Requirements
- Educational Qualification (IAS): Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from any recognized university in India.
- Educational Qualification (IFS): Bachelor’s Degree with at least one of the following subjects: Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Zoology, Agriculture, or equivalent.
- Must meet the prescribed age criteria as on the cut-off date.
