We are seeking detail-oriented Draughtsman and Supervisor professionals to support engineering and project execution activities within a structured, compliance-driven environment. This role blends technical drafting responsibilities with on-site or operational supervision to ensure work is delivered accurately, safely, and on schedule.
The position is suited for candidates who can interpret technical specifications, coordinate with stakeholders, and maintain high standards of documentation and quality control.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and update technical drawings, layouts, and related documentation as per project requirements.
- Interpret design inputs, specifications, and site measurements to produce accurate drawings and records.
- Support engineering teams with drafting revisions, version control, and document management.
- Supervise assigned activities/workstreams to ensure adherence to approved drawings, methods, and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to resolve drawing/site discrepancies and execution issues.
- Maintain logs, reports, and records related to progress, materials, and quality checks.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, and procedural standards.
- Assist in inspections, measurements, and verification of completed work against specifications.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Engineering/Architecture/Drafting or an equivalent technical qualification (as applicable to the role).
- Proficiency in drafting tools/software (e.g., AutoCAD or equivalent) and strong understanding of technical drawing standards.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and BOQs (where applicable).
- Experience in supervision, site coordination, or project support is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, documentation discipline, and ability to manage revisions.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and vendors/contractors.
- Working knowledge of safety and quality practices in technical/project environments.
- Willingness to work on-site or across locations as required by project needs.
