Job Summary

The Civil Police Officer (Police Constable) (Armed Police Battalion) supports public safety and law enforcement operations by assisting in maintaining law and order, participating in armed battalion duties, and performing assignments as directed by senior officers.

Responsibilities

  • Perform duties related to maintaining law and order and public safety as assigned.
  • Participate in armed battalion operations and deployments as required.
  • Support crowd control, patrol, and security duties during events and special operations.
  • Assist in enforcing applicable laws and departmental procedures under supervision.
  • Maintain discipline, readiness, and adherence to operational protocols.
  • Prepare for and participate in training, drills, and examinations as required by the department.
  • Carry out duties assigned by superior officers in accordance with service rules.

Requirements

  • Education: HSE (10+2) passed from a recognized board.
  • Age Limit: 18 to 26 years.
  • Physical Standards:
    • Height: 168 cm
    • Chest: 81 cm (minimum expansion 5 cm)
  • Selection Process: Written Test / OMR Test / Online Test.
  • Ability to meet the physical and operational demands of armed police battalion duties.
