Position: Clerk / Management Trainee (MT)

Responsibilities
- Support branch operations including account services, transactions, and customer query resolution.

- Assist in processing routine banking requests such as deposits, withdrawals, remittances, and service requests.
- Ensure compliance with KYC/AML guidelines and participate in audit and verification activities as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet branch service standards and operational targets.
- For Management Trainee: participate in structured training rotations across functions (operations, customer service, basic credit/operations support) and complete assigned learning modules.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university (additional qualifications in finance/banking are a plus).
- Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and professional conduct.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office) and comfort working with banking/enterprise applications.
- High attention to detail with the ability to handle cash/transactions accurately (for Clerk roles).
- Willingness to undergo training and work at assigned locations as per organizational needs.
- Ability to work in a regulated environment with strict adherence to process and confidentiality.
