Responsibilities

  • Provide support for government and citizen-centric services facilitated through India Post (as applicable to the branch/circle).

  • Participate in document verification and onboarding formalities as instructed by the divisional head/office.

Requirements

  • Completion of Class 10 (Matriculation) from a recognized board; selection is typically based on Class 10 marks/percentage as per circle criteria.
  • Ability to perform field duties and local area travel as required by the assigned role.
  • Basic communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Comfort with routine documentation and adherence to processes and timelines.
