Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day technical operations, monitoring, and reporting under the guidance of senior staff.
- Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities for plant equipment and systems.
- Help in inspections, troubleshooting, and basic fault analysis to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Maintain logs, checklists, and documentation related to operations, maintenance, safety, and quality.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols, including use of PPE and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, stores) for routine tasks.
- Participate in training, skill development programs, and on-the-job learning assignments.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics/Instrumentation, or related fields) from a recognized institution.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of industrial equipment, maintenance practices, and technical documentation.
- Safety Mindset: Ability to follow safety rules and work in an industrial environment.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication for reporting and coordination.
- Work Readiness: Willingness to work in shifts and at project/plant locations as per organizational needs.
