Responsibilities

Support implementation of women and child welfare initiatives and service delivery mechanisms.
Maintain case records, documentation, and reporting as per program guidelines.
Coordinate with stakeholders (government/non-government partners) to ensure timely interventions.
Provide role-specific services such as case management, counselling, legal support, or paramedical support as applicable.
Assist with office administration, data entry, and computer-based tasks (for Office Assistant).
Ensure confidentiality, ethical conduct, and sensitivity while handling beneficiary cases.

Requirements (Eligibility & Experience)

Central Administrator: Master’s Degree in Law / Social Science / Sociology / Psychology / Social Work with 5 years experience; Female candidates only.
Case Worker: Bachelor’s Degree in Law / Social Science / Sociology / Psychology / Social Work with 3 years experience; Female candidates only.
Para Legal Personnel / Lawyer: Bachelor’s Degree in Law with 2 years experience and 3 years experience in any government or non-government project/programme related to women’s issues; Female candidates only.
Para Medical Personnel: Degree/Diploma in Paramedics with 3 years experience; Female candidates only.
Psycho-social Counsellor: Degree in Psychology / Neuroscience with 3 years experience; Female candidates only.
Office Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree in any stream with a computer course and 3 years experience.
