Responsibilities
- Preside over civil matters and perform judicial functions assigned to Civil Judges under applicable laws and court procedures.
- Conduct hearings, evaluate evidence, and deliver reasoned orders/judgments in accordance with legal principles.
- Manage court proceedings, ensure fair trial standards, and maintain proper judicial records.
- Apply procedural and substantive law to resolve disputes efficiently and ethically.
- Carry out administrative and reporting responsibilities as required by the judiciary and court rules.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university in India.
- Age Limit (as on 01 January 2024): Minimum 21 years, Maximum 35 years.
- Age Relaxation: As per applicable government/MPHC rules.
