Role Overview
As a Clerk cum Typist, you will support day-to-day administrative and clerical operations, maintain accurate records, and provide typing/documentation support to ensure smooth office functioning.
Responsibilities
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and record maintenance.
- Prepare, type, format, and proofread official correspondence, reports, and internal documents.
- Maintain registers, data logs, and office records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in coordinating routine office activities and supporting departmental workflows.
- Support basic office communication and follow-up tasks as assigned by supervisors.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while adhering to organizational procedures.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) from a recognized university.
- Age Limit (as on 30-09-2017): Minimum 18 years and Maximum 45 years.
- Strong typing and document preparation skills.
- Working knowledge of basic office practices, record keeping, and administrative processes.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage routine workloads efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an office environment and follow instructions.
