This opportunity is for ITI-qualified candidates to join as Trade Apprentices across multiple technical and office-assistant trades. Apprentices will receive structured on-the-job training under experienced supervisors, with an emphasis on safety, quality, discipline, and practical skill development aligned to the trade curriculum.

Responsibilities
- Participate in trade-specific practical training and complete assigned shop-floor/departmental tasks under supervision.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety rules, and workplace discipline requirements.
- Assist in basic maintenance, fitting, wiring, machining, fabrication, assembly, testing, or documentation activities as per trade.
- Maintain training records/logbooks and support supervisors in routine reporting.
- Adhere to quality practices, tool handling guidelines, and housekeeping standards (5S).
- Attend scheduled classroom/skill sessions, assessments, and evaluations during the apprenticeship period.
Requirements
- Education: ITI certificate in the relevant trade from an NCVT-approved institute.
- Age Limit: Maximum 28 years (age relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years; OBC – 3 years), as per applicable rules.
- Basic understanding of trade tools, safety practices, and workshop discipline.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow instructions, and work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work in an industrial/training environment and comply with attendance and performance standards.
Selection Process
- Selection will be based on a Merit List (as per notified criteria).
