Position: OPSC Answer Key Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented OPSC Answer Key Specialist to support the end-to-end lifecycle of exam answer key publishing and post-exam candidate support. In this role, you will coordinate with subject matter experts, ensure accuracy and compliance in answer key documentation, manage revisions (including updated/revised keys), and help maintain a high-quality candidate experience through clear instructions and timely updates.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the collection, validation, and formatting of provisional and final answer keys for competitive examinations.
  • Work with subject matter experts and internal reviewers to verify question IDs, options, correct answers, and supporting references.
  • Manage revision workflows (e.g., updated/revised answer keys), ensuring version control and audit trails.
  • Prepare candidate-facing instructions for downloading answer keys and related documents (e.g., login steps, required credentials, navigation guidance).
  • Ensure all published content is accurate, consistent, accessible, and compliant with applicable policies and timelines.
  • Monitor official updates (notices, corrigenda, result announcements) and reflect changes quickly and precisely.
  • Maintain structured repositories of exam documents (answer keys, notices, admit card links, exam date notices) for easy retrieval.
  • Collaborate with web/content teams to publish and update links, titles, and metadata (SEO-friendly naming, URL slugs, tags).
  • Support candidate queries by drafting clear responses and FAQs related to answer keys, objections, and download issues.
  • Track metrics such as turnaround time, error rates, and update frequency; propose process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; preference for candidates with experience in education, examinations, publishing, or public-sector recruitment workflows.
  • 1–3 years of experience in content operations, exam/document management, editorial QA, or similar roles (freshers with strong proofreading and process skills may be considered).
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong proofreading/verification skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple updates under tight deadlines with high accuracy.
  • Comfort working with structured data (question sets, IDs, PDFs, spreadsheets) and maintaining version control.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/content publishing basics (headings, lists, links) and document formatting.
  • Strong written communication skills; ability to write clear step-by-step instructions for candidates.
  • Familiarity with government exam ecosystems (answer keys, results, admit cards, notices) is a plus.
  • Integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive exam-related information.
