Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IIT Roorkee) has announced a recruitment drive for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in the Department of Biotechnology. This is a temporary research position funded by a project. Interested and eligible candidates are encouraged to apply before the deadline.
Overview of IIT Roorkee JRF Recruitment 2025
The JRF position offers an opportunity to work in cutting-edge research areas such as biochemical engineering, bioinformatics, biomedical engineering, and food biotechnology. Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification

Freshers are welcome; prior research experience is desirable but not mandatory.
Salary and Benefits
The selected JRF will receive a monthly fellowship of Rs. 37,000 as per IIT Roorkee norms.
