NRCE Senior Research Fellow Recruitment 2025
The National Research Centre on Equines (NRCE), Hisar, an institute under the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), has announced a recruitment drive for the position of Senior Research Fellow (SRF) on a purely temporary and contractual basis. The position is co-terminus with the project and offers an opportunity to work on equine research.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:Candidates must possess an M.Sc. or M.S. degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Life Sciences, or a closely related discipline from a recognized university. Candidates with NET/GATE qualification and research experience will be preferred.
Age Limit:Maximum 35 years as on the date of interview. Age relaxation for reserved categories as per ICAR rules.
Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a consolidated fellowship of₹37,000 per monthplus HRA as applicable.
Selection Process
Selection will be based solely on awalk-in interview. No written test will be conducted. Candidates are required to bring their original certificates, mark sheets, experience certificates, and a set of self-attested copies along with a detailed bio-data.
