Details

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), a premier aerospace and defense company, has invited applications for the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) Trade Apprenticeship for the year 2025. This is a great opportunity for ITI qualified candidates to gain hands-on training in various trades at HAL's Koraput Division in Odisha.

Available Trades

The apprenticeship is offered in the following trades: Electrician, Fitter, Machinist, Turner, Welder, and Programming and System Administration Assistant (PASAA). Candidates must have an ITI certificate in the relevant trade from an NCVT recognized institute.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification:10th pass with ITI (NCVT) in the respective trade. For some trades, 12th with ITI is also acceptable.
  • Age Limit:Minimum 18 years and maximum 23 years as on the last date of application. Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules for OBC (up to 26 years), SC/ST (up to 28 years), and PwBD as per norms.

Selection Process

The selection will be based on the weightage of 70% from 10th standard marks and 30% from ITI marks. A merit list will be prepared, and shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification. Final selection is subject to medical fitness and verification of documents.
