Course Name: B.Ed (Regular / Distance) & Shiksha Shastri
Eligibility for B.Ed Programme:

Candidates must have at least 50% marks in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:

Humanities

Commerce

Candidates with B.Tech / B.E. (Science or Mathematics) must have 55% marks.

Equivalent qualifications are also acceptable.
Eligibility for Shiksha Shastri (Sanskrit B.Ed):

50% marks in Bachelor’s degree with Sanskrit as main subject, and

Master’s degree in Sanskrit / Acharya (Traditional Sanskrit Shastra), OR

Shastri (B.A. including Sanskrit) with 50% marks + 2-year Acharya (MA Sanskrit)

Candidates must pass a Bridge Course where applicable

Marks of first year of Acharya/MA will not be included in final percentage
