Indian Rare Earths Limited (IREL), a premier government company under the Department of Atomic Energy, has announced a recruitment drive for Graduate Apprentices across multiple engineering disciplines. Post Details

A total of 4 Graduate Apprentice positions are available, with one vacancy each in Civil, Electrical, Electronics, and Mechanical Engineering. Selected candidates will undergo one year of apprenticeship training at IREL plants and offices in Tamil Nadu.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must possess a B.E/B.Tech degree in the relevant branch from a recognized university. The age limit is 18 to 25 years. Relaxation in age for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates is applicable as per government norms.

Stipend and Benefits

Apprentices will receive a monthly stipend as per the Apprenticeship Act and IREL rules. The stipend is typically around ₹9,000 per month, along with exposure to advanced industrial practices.

Selection Process

Candidates will be shortlisted based on their academic performance in B.E/B.Tech. Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification. No written exam or interview is conducted.
