Overview

Cochin Port Trust (CPT) has released a recruitment notification for the post of Deputy Manager (Human Resources) on a contract basis. The position offers a monthly salary of approximately ₹80,000 and is based in Kerala. Candidates with a Master in Social Work and at least five years of experience in general administration, personnel management, or industrial relations are encouraged to apply.

Educational Qualification

Applicants must hold a Master in Social Work (MSW) degree from a recognized university or institution. The degree should be in relevant fields such as Human Resources, Personnel Management, or Industrial Relations.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit for the general category is 35 years as of the last date of application. Age relaxation for reserved categories, if any, will be as per government norms.

Experience

Candidates must have a minimum of five years of post-qualification experience in general administration, personnel, industrial relations, or a similar role in a service sector, government undertaking, public sector, or private sector entity.

Selection Process

The selection will be based on shortlisting of applications and a personal interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.
