The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has announced the recruitment of Specialist Officers (Manager) for the year 2025. Overview of IBPS SO Manager Recruitment 2025

IBPS conducts the Common Recruitment Process (CRP) for Specialist Officers every year. The Manager posts are offered in participating public sector banks. The total number of vacancies is 286. Selected candidates will be placed in various banks across India.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:Candidates must possess a BVSC or BVSC & AH degree from a recognized university or institution.

Age Limit:The minimum age is 21 years and the maximum age is 32 years as on the date of notification. Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms for reserved categories.

Selection Process

The selection process consists of three stages:

• Preliminary Examination (Online Objective Test)
• Main Examination (Online Objective and Descriptive Test)
• Interview

Candidates who qualify each stage will be considered for final selection.

Application Fee

The application fee details are not yet released. Generally, the fee for General/OBC candidates is around Rs. 850 and for SC/ST/PwBD candidates it is Rs. 175. Candidates are advised to refer to the official notification for exact fee structure.
