Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has released a notification for the engagement of Science Graduates Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961. Eligible candidates with a B.Sc or B.Sc(Hons) degree in Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, or Statistics are invited to apply for 15 apprenticeship positions. The apprenticeship will be based at various HAL units in Maharashtra.

Candidates must have passed their degree in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025. Those with 'Appearing' or 'Result Awaited' status are not eligible. Also, candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training in any other organization are not allowed to apply.

Stipend

Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 9,000 as per the Apprenticeship Act.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: B.Sc or B.Sc(Hons) in Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, or Statistics from a recognized university.
• Year of Passing: 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025 only.
• Age Limit: As per the Apprenticeship Act (no upper age limit specified in the notification).

Selection Process

Selection will be based on the percentage of marks obtained in the qualifying degree. No written exam or interview is conducted. The merit list will be prepared based on academic performance.

How to Apply

1. Register on the NATS 2.0 portal (www.nats.education.gov.in) using your educational details and obtain a Student ID/Enrolment ID.
2. Fill out the Google application form provided in the official HAL notification.
3. Upload scanned copies of required documents: mark sheets, degree certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), and a recent passport-size photograph.
4. Submit the application before 10 August 2025.
