Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) has announced a recruitment drive for the position of Rajbhasha Assistant Apprentice 2025. This is a one-year apprenticeship program aimed at providing practical training in Rajbhasha (Hindi) functions within the organization. The selected candidate will be based in Bihar and will receive a monthly stipend of ₹17,500.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree (BA or BA Hons) in Hindi or a related discipline from a recognized university. The degree should reflect a specialization in Hindi language or literature.

Age Limit

The minimum age is 18 years. For general category candidates, the maximum age is 25 years. Age relaxation will be provided as per government rules for OBC, SC, ST, EWS, and PwBD categories.

Other Conditions

Candidates who have previously undergone apprenticeship training in any organization, for any duration, are not eligible to apply for this position.

Stipend and Tenure

The selected apprentice will receive a monthly stipend of ₹17,500. The total tenure of the apprenticeship is one year from the date of joining.

Selection Process

Selection will be based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination. Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification. No written exam or interview is planned.
