Bank of Maharashtra, a leading public sector bank, has invited online applications for the position of Chief Manager – Lead Business Analyst. This is a senior-level opportunity for experienced professionals in the banking and IT domain. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading business analysis initiatives, driving data-driven decision-making, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have a B.E./B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or allied fields from a recognized institution. In addition, a minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience in business analysis, IT project management, or similar roles is required. The maximum age limit for general category applicants is 40 years.

Salary and Benefits

The remuneration for the post is fixed in the scale of ₹1,02,300 to ₹1,20,940 per month. Selected candidates will also be entitled to other allowances and perks as per Bank of Maharashtra rules.

Selection Process

The selection will be based on shortlisting of applications followed by a personal interview. Candidates who meet the experience and qualification criteria will be called for the interview. Document verification will be conducted at the time of joining.
