The Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University) Varanasi, commonly known as IIT BHU, has announced a recruitment drive for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under a research project. The project is focused on Chemical Engineering and Catalysis. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates holding an MSc or MS degree in relevant disciplines with a valid GATE or NET score.

Overview of IIT BHU JRF Recruitment 2025

The institute requires one motivated researcher to join the project. The selected candidate will receive a monthly fellowship of Rs. 37,000. The age limit is 40 years. The job location is Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. Preference will be given to candidates with background in Chemical Engineering or Catalysis.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must have an MSc or MS degree in Chemical Engineering, Catalysis, or a closely related field from a recognized university. They must also possess a valid GATE score or NET qualification at the time of application.
