Responsibilities

  • Support core insurance functions such as underwriting, policy administration, claims processing, and customer service.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, data entry, verification, and record maintenance in line with internal controls.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve operational queries and service requests.
  • Assist in compliance-related activities, reporting, and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • For Hindi Officer roles: perform Hindi language work including translation, drafting, proofreading, and ensuring effective implementation of Hindi in official communications as required.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance turnaround time and service quality.

Requirements

  • Education (Generalist): Graduation degree in any stream from a recognized university.
  • Education (Hindi Officer): Postgraduate (PG) degree in Hindi or a related subject from a recognized university.
  • Age limit (as on 31 December 2025): 21 to 30 years.
  • Age relaxation as applicable as per OICL rules and regulations.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment.
