Responsibilities
- Support core insurance operations including underwriting, policy servicing, endorsements, and renewals.
- Assist in claims processing activities such as documentation review, coordination with stakeholders, and timely resolution.
- Analyze operational and financial data to support reporting, compliance, and decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, service quality, and turnaround times.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal control standards.
- Participate in assigned projects, audits, and process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare drafts/notes/reports as required by the department.
Requirements
- Education (Generalists): Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University (or equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government) with at least 60% marks (at least 55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
- Education (Accounts): Chartered Accountancy (ICAI) or Cost & Management Accountancy (Institute of Cost Accountants of India) along with Graduation/Post-Graduation in any discipline with at least 60% marks (at least 55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates), or MBA (Finance)/PGDM (Finance)/M.Com with at least 60% marks (at least 55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
- Age: Minimum 21 years and Maximum 30 years (age relaxation as per applicable NIACL rules).
- Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and comfort working with documentation and data.
- Good communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a structured, compliance-driven environment.
