We are seeking an Admissions & Enrollment Coordinator to support end-to-end applicant engagement for management education programs and admission cycles. This role focuses on guiding applicants through forms and documentation, coordinating with internal stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering a professional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support prospective applicants with admission-related queries, including eligibility, form completion, document requirements, and timelines.
  • Coordinate the admission form lifecycle: application intake, document verification, fee/payment confirmation (where applicable), and status updates.
  • Maintain accurate applicant records in internal trackers/CRM systems; ensure completeness and correctness of data.
  • Communicate clearly with applicants via phone, email, and messaging channels regarding missing documents, next steps, and important dates.
  • Assist in publishing and updating admission notices, FAQs, and instructions for applicants in coordination with the communications/content team.
  • Coordinate with examination/assessment teams (if applicable) for scheduling, admit card instructions, and result-related communication.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on application volume, conversion funnel, pending cases, and resolution turnaround times.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies for data handling, record retention, and applicant communications.
  • Identify recurring applicant issues and propose process improvements to reduce errors and improve turnaround time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; education administration or management is a plus.
  • 1–3 years of experience in admissions, education counseling, student services, or customer support (freshers with strong communication may be considered).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain instructions clearly and patiently.
  • Comfortable working with online forms, document checklists, spreadsheets, and basic CRM/workflow tools.
  • High attention to detail for verifying applicant data and documents.
  • Ability to manage multiple applications/cases simultaneously and meet deadlines during peak admission periods.
  • Professional, empathetic approach to candidate interactions.
  • Working knowledge of English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
