AFCAT Results & Admissions Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking an AFCAT Results & Admissions Coordinator to manage end-to-end coordination of exam-result updates, candidate communications, and documentation workflows for competitive exam and recruitment-related information services. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent written communication, and the ability to work with structured data (dates, eligibility, fees, vacancy tables, and official links) while ensuring accuracy and compliance with publishing standards.

This position is ideal for someone who can translate official notices into clear, user-friendly updates, maintain high editorial quality, and collaborate with content, operations, and technical teams to publish timely information.

Responsibilities

  • Track and verify official updates for AFCAT and other competitive examinations (results, admit cards, exam dates, answer keys, and notifications).
  • Prepare structured content drafts including key dates, eligibility criteria, fee details, age limits, selection process, and important links.
  • Coordinate result publishing workflows: source verification, link validation, formatting, and final approval.
  • Maintain accuracy of candidate-facing information (e.g., result availability, official website references, and step-by-step guidance).
  • Standardize content into consistent templates (short info, important dates, application fee, vacancy details, qualification, selection process, FAQs).
  • Ensure content is compliant with internal editorial policies and avoids misleading claims; clearly attribute information to official sources.
  • Collaborate with SEO/content operations to optimize titles, tags, and categories while maintaining factual integrity.
  • Support user queries by drafting clear FAQ responses and troubleshooting guidance (e.g., login issues, roll number/DOB validation, captcha prompts).
  • Perform periodic audits to remove outdated links, correct discrepancies, and refresh pages based on new official releases.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure pages render correctly, load quickly, and display structured tables without errors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: communications, journalism, public administration, or information management).
  • 1–3 years of experience in content operations, education/recruitment publishing, examinations/recruitment portals, or similar roles.
  • Excellent English writing and editing skills with strong proofreading ability.
  • High attention to detail and ability to validate information against official notifications and websites.
  • Comfort working with structured data (tables, dates, counts, eligibility rules) and maintaining consistency.
  • Basic understanding of HTML (paragraphs, lists, tables, links) and content management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines and frequent updates.
  • Integrity-driven approach to publishing: no speculation; clear labeling of “as per official schedule/notice”.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Indian competitive exams and recruitment processes (admit cards, results, DV, interview, cutoffs).

Benefits

  • Competitive salary with performance-based growth opportunities.
  • Flexible work arrangements (role-dependent) and supportive editorial processes.
  • Training on standard operating procedures for verification, publishing, and content QA.
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact public information services used by large candidate communities.
  • Collaborative team environment with exposure to content strategy, SEO, and web publishing.
