AIIMS Group B & Group C (Non-Faculty) Recruitment – Common Recruitment Examination (CRE)

All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) is inviting applications for various Group B and Group C non-faculty roles through the 4th Common Recruitment Examination (CRE). These positions support critical hospital, laboratory, administrative, and allied services functions across AIIMS institutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform role-specific duties aligned to the assigned Group B/Group C non-faculty post (administration, technical, allied health, support services, or other functions as applicable).
• Maintain accurate records, registers, and documentation as required by department protocols.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of assigned tasks and service delivery.
• Follow institutional policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compliance requirements.
• Support audits, inspections, and verification processes by providing required documents and information.
• Adhere to confidentiality, safety, and quality standards applicable to a healthcare institution.

Requirements

• Education: 10th / 12th / Graduation / Post Graduation in any discipline from a recognized board/university, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government (post-wise).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (as applicable to the post).
• Age: Minimum 18 years; maximum 21–50 years (post-wise) as per AIIMS rules, including applicable age relaxations.
• Ability to work in a structured, compliance-driven environment and follow instructions precisely.
• Basic proficiency in communication and documentation; computer skills may be required for certain posts.
• Must be able to clear the prescribed selection stages.
