Position: AMIE Exam Cutoff Marks Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented AMIE Exam Cutoff Marks Analyst to research, compile, verify, and publish accurate cutoff-mark information for AMIE examinations. This role focuses on maintaining data integrity, monitoring official updates, and presenting cutoff trends in a clear, user-friendly format for students and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Track and monitor official AMIE announcements, notices, results, and related updates to identify cutoff-mark publications and changes.
- Collect cutoff marks from official sources and validate accuracy through cross-verification and documentation.
- Maintain structured datasets (year-wise, branch-wise, category-wise where applicable) and ensure version control for revised cutoffs.
- Analyze cutoff trends across sessions/years and prepare concise insights (e.g., changes, expected ranges, key factors affecting cutoffs).
- Create and update web-ready content, ensuring clarity, correctness, and consistency in terminology.
- Coordinate with editorial/SEO teams to ensure timely publication and proper formatting of cutoff information.
- Respond to internal queries regarding cutoff data sources, methodology, and historical records.
- Ensure compliance with content standards, including proper citations, disclaimers, and avoidance of unverified claims.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Journalism, or a related field (preferred).
- 1+ year experience in education content, exam/recruitment research, data analysis, or publishing (preferred; strong freshers may be considered).
- Strong ability to interpret official notifications and extract relevant cutoff-related information accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) for organizing and validating datasets.
- Comfortable working with web content systems and basic HTML formatting for publishing.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to present data clearly for a broad audience.
- Ability to work under deadlines during result/answer-key/cutoff release periods.
