Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day branch operations under the guidance of bank staff.
  • Assist with customer service, including basic queries and service requests.
  • Help in documentation, record maintenance, and data entry tasks as assigned.
  • Support operational processes related to deposits, payments, and other branch activities (as permitted for apprentices).
  • Adhere to bank policies, confidentiality requirements, and compliance standards.
  • Participate in on-the-job learning and any training modules/assessments prescribed.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from a recognized university in India.
  • Age limit (as on 01 March 2025): Minimum 20 years and maximum 28 years (age relaxation as per IOB/government norms).
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with digital systems is preferred.
  • Good communication skills and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Willingness to work in a structured learning environment and follow instructions.
