Position Details

Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day branch operations under the guidance of bank staff.
- Assist with customer service, including basic queries and service requests.
- Help in documentation, record maintenance, and data entry tasks as assigned.
- Support operational processes related to deposits, payments, and other branch activities (as permitted for apprentices).
- Adhere to bank policies, confidentiality requirements, and compliance standards.
- Participate in on-the-job learning and any training modules/assessments prescribed.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from a recognized university in India.
- Age limit (as on 01 March 2025): Minimum 20 years and maximum 28 years (age relaxation as per IOB/government norms).
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with digital systems is preferred.
- Good communication skills and customer-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work in a structured learning environment and follow instructions.
