Position: Assistant (Multipurpose) / Customer Service Executive (CSA)

Responsibilities

- Handle customer service activities such as account-related support, service requests, and issue resolution within defined timelines.
- Maintain accuracy in transactional and non-transactional processing, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
- Use computer systems and standard office applications to update records, generate reports, and manage customer information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Follow established policies, confidentiality standards, and regulatory guidelines applicable to the organization.
Requirements
- Education: Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university (or equivalent qualification approved by the Government of India).
- Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Certification: Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) required.
- Age Criteria (as per applicable rules): Minimum 21 years; upper age limits vary by category and applicable regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service mindset.
