About the Company

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver undergraduate and/or postgraduate teaching in the assigned medical specialty, including lectures, tutorials, seminars, and bedside/clinical teaching.
- Support curriculum planning, lesson preparation, assessment design, and evaluation of students as per institutional and regulatory standards.
- Guide and mentor students and residents in clinical skills, case discussions, academic writing, and professional conduct.
- Participate in departmental academic activities such as journal clubs, case presentations, CME programs, and conferences.
- Contribute to research activities, publications, audits, and quality improvement initiatives as applicable to the department.
- Support institutional committees and administrative responsibilities assigned by the department/institution.
- Maintain accurate academic and clinical documentation and comply with applicable rules, policies, and ethical standards.
- Promote a safe, inclusive learning environment and uphold patient care and confidentiality standards during clinical teaching.
Requirements
- Education: MD/MS or an equivalent postgraduate degree recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI) / applicable regulatory authority.
- Registration: Must be registered with the Rajasthan Medical Council or a similar recognized authority.
- Language & Local Knowledge: Knowledge of Hindi in Devnagri script and familiarity with Rajasthan’s culture.
- Age Criteria: Minimum 21 years and maximum 42 years (age relaxations applicable as per government/RPSC rules).
- Selection Process: Written Examination, Interview, and Final Merit List (as applicable).
- Strong communication, teaching aptitude, professionalism, and ability to collaborate with academic and clinical teams.
