Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality undergraduate and/or postgraduate teaching in the allotted subject as per institutional and regulatory standards.
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and assessments aligned with the prescribed curriculum.
- Conduct evaluations, invigilation, and timely submission of academic records and results as required.
- Mentor students academically and support their overall educational development.
- Participate in departmental/college activities including academic committees, seminars, and institutional initiatives.
- Support research, publications, and academic enrichment activities as applicable to the role and institution.
Requirements
- Education: Master’s Degree in the relevant subject with at least 55% marks.
- Eligibility test: Must have qualified UGC/NET/SLET/SET (as applicable).
- Ability to teach and communicate effectively in a bilingual environment (English and Hindi), as the examination is bilingual.
