Responsibilities
- Assist branch teams in day-to-day banking operations under supervision.
- Support customer service activities, including basic query handling and guidance on banking products and services.
- Help maintain documentation and records in line with bank procedures and compliance requirements.
- Participate in learning and on-the-job training modules assigned by the bank.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Follow data privacy, information security, and operational guidelines of the bank.
Requirements
- Education: Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university (or equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government).
- Age (as on 01 November 2025): 20 to 28 years.

- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- PwBD (UR/EWS): 10 years
- PwBD (OBC): 13 years

- Basic computer proficiency and comfort working with digital systems.
