Responsibilities
- Support engineering/technical functions aligned to your discipline (design, production, quality, testing, maintenance, or project execution as assigned).
- Assist in interpreting technical drawings/specifications and adhering to standard operating procedures.
- Contribute to safe work practices and compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements.
- Participate in training, assessments, and on-the-job learning as part of the trainee program.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support operational and project goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting as required by the department.
Requirements
- Engineer Trainee (ET): Engineering degree in a related field (as per official notification/discipline requirements).
- Supervisor Trainee (Tech): Engineering diploma in a related field with minimum 65% marks.
- Age Limit (as on 01 January 2025): Minimum 18 years; Maximum 27 years (age relaxation applicable as per BHEL rules).
- Ability to learn quickly, follow processes, and work effectively in a team-oriented industrial environment.
