Responsibilities
- Perform clerical and administrative support duties for Home Guard units and related offices.
- Maintain records, registers, files, and correspondence as per departmental procedures.
- Assist in data entry, document preparation, and report compilation.
- Support coordination of office workflow, including handling applications, submissions, and official communications.
- Follow established government protocols for confidentiality, accuracy, and documentation standards.
- Assist in verification and documentation processes during recruitment/departmental activities when assigned.

Educational Qualification
- Passed Class 10+2 (Intermediate) examination from any recognized board in India.
Age Limit (as on 01 August 2025)
- Minimum Age: 24 years
