Responsibilities
Note: Responsibilities vary by post. Typical duties may include:
- Supporting implementation of child protection and welfare programs, documentation, and reporting.
- Handling casework, counselling support, outreach activities, and coordination with stakeholders.
- Managing legal and probation-related processes, compliance, and case follow-ups (for legal/probation roles).
- Performing accounting, billing, ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and financial reporting (for accounts roles).
- Collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and presenting data for program monitoring and decision-making (for data analyst roles).
- Providing basic healthcare support, nursing assistance, and care services in designated units (for para medical/nurse roles).
- Managing residential care facilities and day-to-day supervision/support for beneficiaries (housefather/housemother/caretaker roles).
Requirements / Eligibility
- Accounts Officer: MBA (Finance) / M.Com / CA (Final) with minimum 2 years post-qualification experience.
- Accountant / Accounts Assistant: B.Com with relevant field experience.
- Housefather / Housemother / Outreach Worker: Intermediate (10+2) pass.
- Probation Officer / Consultant: Graduation in Social Work / Sociology / Psychology / PG Diploma in relevant subject with relevant field work experience.
- Data Analyst: Bachelor’s degree in Science / Statistics / Mathematics / Science (PCB) / Sociology or equivalent with post-qualification relevant experience.
- Para Medical Staff: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with post-qualification relevant experience.
- Nurse: ANM certification from a registered medical institute with relevant experience.
- Care Taker: Matriculation (Class 10) with NCVT certified trade certificate from a recognized institute.
