Responsibilities
- Perform role-specific operational and technical tasks aligned with printing, control, IT, mechanical, electrical, civil/environment, and chemical plant operations.
- Support production and quality processes as applicable to the assigned trade/discipline.
- Operate, maintain, and assist in troubleshooting of equipment/machinery (for technician roles) as per standard operating procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and compliance records relevant to the role.
- For Junior Office Assistant: provide administrative support, data entry/typing work, and computer-based office tasks.
- Follow safety, security, and organizational policies applicable to a high-security printing/production environment.
Requirements (Eligibility & Qualifications)
- Supervisor (Printing): First class full-time Diploma in Printing Technology/Engineering from a government recognized institute/polytechnic. Higher qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in relevant trade also considered.
- Supervisor (Control): First class full-time Diploma in Printing/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/IT/Computer Science from a government recognized institute/polytechnic. Higher qualification: B.Tech/B.E./B.Sc. Engineering in relevant trade also considered.
- Supervisor (Information Technology): First class full-time Diploma in IT/Computer Engineering/Computer Science from a government recognized institute/polytechnic (as per notification).
- Junior Office Assistant: Graduate with at least 55% marks and computer knowledge with typing speed on computer in English @ 40 wpm and Hindi @ 30 wpm (as required).
- Junior Technician (Printing): Full-time ITI certificate (NCVT/SCVT) in printing-related trades (e.g., Litho Offset Machine Minder, Letter Press Machine Minder, Offset Printing, Platemaking, Electroplating, Plate Maker cum Impositer, Hand Composing). Higher qualification: Diploma in Printing Technology also considered.
- Junior Technician (Control): Full-time ITI certificate (NCVT/SCVT) in printing-related trades (as listed). Higher qualification: Diploma in Printing Technology also considered.
- Junior Technician (Ink Factory / Chemical Plant Trades): Full-time ITI certificate (NCVT/SCVT) in relevant trade (e.g., Attendant Operator, Laboratory Assistant, Machinist/Machinist Grinder, Instrument Mechanic) as per notification.
- Junior Technician (Mechanical / Air Conditioning): Full-time ITI certificate (NCVT/SCVT) in Fitter trade.
- Junior Technician (Electrical / Information Technology): Full-time ITI certificate (NCVT/SCVT) in related trade; higher qualification: Diploma in related trade also considered.
