Position: BPSC 70th CCE Candidate Support Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented Candidate Support Executive to assist applicants and examinees with end-to-end support for the BPSC 70th Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) process, including application guidance, admit card/result navigation, and clarification of key dates, eligibility, and document requirements. This role requires strong communication skills, accuracy in information handling, and the ability to guide users through official portals and notices.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to candidate queries related to BPSC 70th CCE stages: Preliminary Exam, Mains Exam, and Interview process.
  • Guide candidates on how to check and download results (e.g., locating result PDFs, searching roll numbers, saving/printing documents).
  • Assist candidates in understanding key timelines and milestones (application dates, fee payment deadlines, admit card availability, exam dates, result dates).
  • Provide clear information on application fee categories (e.g., General/EWS/OBC, SC/ST/PH, Bihar female candidates) and online payment methods.
  • Explain eligibility criteria (e.g., bachelor’s degree requirement, final-year eligibility subject to verification) and general exam pattern basics.
  • Support candidates with portal navigation using enrollment number/registration number/date of birth where applicable.
  • Maintain an internal knowledge base of official links, notices, and frequently asked questions.
  • Escalate complex issues (portal errors, discrepancies, document verification concerns) to the appropriate team with proper documentation.
  • Ensure all guidance aligns with official sources and includes appropriate disclaimers where necessary.
  • Track recurring candidate issues and propose improvements to support workflows and templates.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree required).
  • 1+ year experience in customer support, education counseling, exam support, or process-driven operations preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret official notices accurately.
  • Comfortable working with PDFs, web portals, and standard office tools (Google Workspace/MS Office).
  • Ability to manage high-volume queries during peak periods (admit card/result releases).
  • Professional approach to handling sensitive candidate information with confidentiality.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts during critical announcement windows (if required).

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with competitive exam processes (BPSC/UPSC/SSC/RRB or similar).
  • Experience maintaining FAQ pages, knowledge bases, or support scripts.
  • Basic understanding of online payment troubleshooting and form submission issues.
